A selective multi-room remodel takes 3–5 months. A full home renovation runs 5–9 months. Complete gut renovations with room additions can take 8–14 months. We provide a detailed project schedule with every milestone before work begins.
For most full renovations, we recommend temporary relocation for comfort and safety. For selective remodels affecting only part of the home, you can often stay in unaffected areas. We discuss this during the planning phase.

We maintain a transparent discovery protocol: document the issue with photos, provide a written change order with options and costs, and get your approval before proceeding.
